Community Guidelines
Last updated 6 February 2026
MumMatch Pro works because members treat each other well. These guidelines apply to every profile, job post, application, message and review.
Be respectful
Communicate politely and assume good intent. Harassment, abuse, threats, sexual advances and discrimination — including on the basis of sex, gender, race, age, religion, disability, family status or sexuality — are not tolerated.
Be honest
Use your real name and a real photo. Describe jobs accurately, including what is involved, how long it should take and anything a helper should know such as pets, stairs or parking. Do not misrepresent your skills, checks or experience.
Be reliable
Turn up when you say you will, arrive on time, and message as early as possible if plans change. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations affect the whole community and may lead to suspension.
Pay and price fairly
Jobs are fixed price. Offer an amount that reflects the real work involved, and don't ask a helper to do extra work outside the agreed job without agreeing a new job and price.
Keep it on the platform
Book, message and pay through MumMatch Pro. It keeps a record if there is a disagreement and keeps your payment protected.
Preferences are not exclusions
A customer may note a preference — for example about children coming along or the gender of the worker. Preferences are shown to applicants for transparency only. They never hide a job from anyone, and every eligible member can still apply.
Reviews
Reviews must be based on a real completed booking and describe your own experience. Retaliatory, traded or fake reviews are removed.
Reporting
If someone breaches these guidelines, use the report or block options in the app. We review every report and may warn, restrict or remove an account.
