Safety Policy

Last updated 6 February 2026

Members are inviting people into their homes and going into other people's homes. This policy sets out the protections we build in and the steps we ask you to take.

Verification

Every member verifies an email address and mobile number. Workers may also submit identity, driver licence and Working with Children Check details, which our team reviews before a verified badge is shown. A badge means we sighted a document — it is not a guarantee of a person's conduct.

Address privacy

Only the suburb of a job is public. The exact street address is released to one worker, and only after that worker has been booked for the job.

Secure payment

Payment is made through Stripe and held until the job is completed and confirmed. Never pay or accept payment outside the platform — it removes every protection we can offer.

Before the job

Read the profile and reviews, message through the app, and confirm exactly what is involved. Tell someone you trust where you are going and when you expect to finish. Trust your instincts — you can decline or withdraw at any time before a job starts.

Children and dependants

MumMatch Pro does not allow childcare, babysitting, school transport or supervision of children as jobs. Whether a worker may bring their own children is a separate arrangement shown on each job and agreed between the customer and the worker.

Work we do not allow

Licensed trade work (electrical, plumbing, gas), medical or personal care, anything requiring a licence the worker does not hold, and anything unlawful or unsafe must not be posted or accepted.

Reporting and blocking

Use the report option on a job, profile or conversation to tell us about unsafe or inappropriate behaviour, and use block to stop someone contacting you. Reports are reviewed by our team and can result in suspension or removal.

Emergencies

If you are in immediate danger, call 000. For police assistance that is not an emergency, call 131 444. Then let us know at support@mummatchpro.app so we can act on the account involved.
